1.   How much is the deposit to reserve your condo or home?  

        4 Bedroom/3 Bath Terra Verde Vacation Home, we require a $300 booking deposit per week.
        5 Bedroom/5 Bath Windsor Hills Vacation Home, we require a $300 booking deposit per week.

2.   When is the final payment due?

       4 Bedroom/3 Bath Terra Verde Vacation Home, the final payment is due at 5 weeks prior to your arrival date.
       5 Bedroom/5 Bath Windsor Hills Vacation Home, the final payment is due at 5 weeks prior to your arrival date.

3.    Is there a security/damage deposit that is required?

Yes, the security/damage deposit of $300 must accompany the final payment.     
The damage deposit will be refunded back to you within 15 days of your departure contingent upon a satisfactory management report of our home's premises that there were no damages or missing items, and no smoking inside our homes.

4.    When is your check-In and check-Out times?

                   Our check-In time is at 4PM.   Our usual check-Out time is at 10AM.

5.   How much is pool and hot spa heating?

For our Terra Verde vacation home and Windsor Hills vacation homes, the pool and hot spa heating is $25 per night.    Pool/hot spa heating is recommended from October through April, but it is completely up to you if you would like to get heating.  

6.   Can we smoke near the pool area or on the pool deck?

All our homes are No-Smoking and No-Pets homes.   Because of this, no smoking is allowed inside our homes, and no smoking is permitted on or near the pool area or pool deck.

7.    Is there a shuttle service?

Please ask the Welcome Desk/Concierge at the Resort Clubhouse for shuttle service, or taxi service, along with prices, and scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.   The cost can be expensive since they charge per person, per day for a round-trip fare.    Prices vary depending on your destination.    We would recommend getting a car rental or hire for the duration of your stay for your convenience and flexibility.
